Angel 7 Into FRG this Week?

A thread on Facebook said they heard that Blue Angel 7 would did be flying into Republic Airport today for a pre show scouting visit but apparently they never showed up. The poster is very reliable but isn’t sure what happened.
Anyone else hear anything?

Yeah, I heard the same info for BA7 and was wondering what happened also??
Anyway, if anyone hears any updated info on their FRG visit please post it on here too.

FYI - I heard Blue Angel #7 is still up in Quonset, RI because it has mechanical problems.
Anyway, hopefully they'll get it fixed soon!

According to Newsday, there was a conference call covering show planning between Blue Angels team members and Jones Beach Air Show staff on Tuesday because "computer problems kept them from flying from Rhode Island to the meeting at Farmingdale’s Republic Airport."
