:smile:I accidentally learned about those high-flying balloons I saw on the radar a few weeks ago. They are not weather balloons but are part of Google's Project Loon Google X. It can provide 3G service but not high-speed service or HD videos. These balloons are made by Raven Aerostar of Sioux Falls, which also makes the Macys' balloons.
