Listening to JFK Tower, there's a callsign that's being used for what are obviously the NYPD helos. Sounds like MINUS. Is this recent?

Shows how long I havent listened to a scanner in the city!! Used to go by "PD" in city and NYPD out of city!! So PD 14 is now Fynest 14?
