I hope the new "security fence" is spotter friendly.

At first that line scared the heck out of me, then reading further, with the "realignment" of the runways and roads (whatever that means), it just probably means replacing/moving the old fence to accommodate the new road routing.

I wonder if the hangar moves includes moving the AAM which has been talked about in the past.
