Came in on 13-R due to the winds I guess.

Yes ... AF1 came in on 13R. Here are a couple of shots from the front of the house.

Nice Mark, very nice.
I was at Inwood Park hoping for 31-L, but the wind had other ideas.
And of course was stopped and questioned by two NCPD BSO Officers.
I was surprised that they still had aircraft landing on 22 and taking off on 13 during AF-1's approach & landing, usually they halt all traffic.

From North Channel parking lot saw it parked alongside a hangar by Runway 13 Right!! Heard NCPD Aviation heading over to JFK around 5:20 for "Security" detail.

I have always believed the 747 is the most attractive aircraft ever designed, and Mark with that takeoff shot, you have shown why- look at it! It's just so perfect!
