DUS/EDDL Oct 14 2014 Il-76

[Bangkok Airways]

The IL-76 landed in DUS Oct 13 in the afternoon and was scheduled to leave Tuesday morning 9am local.

I made my way out early to get to the airport. I got there just shortly after sunrise.

and then it was time for my highlight of the year the depature of the beauty, unfortunatly a new one with new engines and not an old one with loud engines

Darwin operated for Etihad Regional since the beginning of the summer, but always when I was in DUS in Darwin colors, finaly I caught a bird in Etihad Regional colors

After that I left because there was nothing more interesting for me coming. The Etihad A330 was going to leave some time later, and Emirates due to arrive with one of it's 777 but I didn't stay till then.

I hope I was able to show you a mix of Aircraft you do not get to see that often and that you enjoyed it.
