Delta 747 emergency landing 7-23-14

Delta airlines Boeing 747-400 N666US operating as DL295 from ATL to NRT diverts and makes an emergency landing at Detroit metro airport. Still unsure what the emergency was but if you look closely the inboard flap is not extended during landing.
The aircraft landed safely and rolled to the end of the runway as it was met by fire and rescue.

this same bird made an air return to TLV I believe on the 13th for the same problem.

Yeah, I heard that from a couple of other people. Must be unlucky with a tail number of 666
