Evening light at the Mounds 7/5/14

The evening light at the mounds is simply awesome. It can't be beat when the sun starts to go down. I went down again last Saturday and each time I end up longer than I want to because the light is awesome. I have been taking pictures of planes since 2000 and some of my personal favorites have come in the last three months at the mounds simply due to the light. Here is a sample from my visit last Saturday and as always it was a pleasure seeing some of you down there last weekend.

I love the first image of the Korean A380. The lighting is awesome and I like how you took such a wide shot to include some of the foreground. Great job!
