RIC - 5/16/2014 (Terminal Spotting)

Richmond airport .... where the traffic is light, but can provide you with some nice surprises. BTW the few times I've traveled to and from RIC, on the opposite side of the field there is a Kalitta 727 that I've noticed parked (on my next trip, I'll try to get a shot of her).

Here is some terminal spotting while I was waiting for my connecting flight to Charlotte. All shots were taken with the Nikon D7100 and 18-300mm lens. Enjoy!

Adam ..... If I do have a long layover been flights I'll let you guys know. Typically I have only about an hour or so between flights to catch my flight back home to JFK.

Looks like you captured all that RIC has to offer. That Kalitta 727 usually does a 45 minute RIC-RIC flight on Tuesday or Thursday mornings in my experience-I'm just usually too lazy to go snag it. Awesome stuff. Do let me know if you ever have a long layover down there again, I'd be more than happy to show you around.
