Flight Simulator for Rent in California

Hi all,
I may be making plans to visit LA with the family.

But it looks a bit amateur.
I'm looking for the real deal. A real simulator. With jumbo jets. Did we not have a thread somewhere years ago about MD-11 units for rent?
Any help is much appreciated.

The 737 looks like it might be fun but the fighter jet simulations seem more like a video game than a simulation. They have a place like this down in Dallas but it was just fighters. I remember the display being WAY more primitive than this. I did manage to shoot down an F-106, though, that was pretty cool
