All four runways have been shut down at JFK due to icing. A CRJ Slid off of the runway.
RWY22L now open

The freezing rain was horrible this morning!! Accidents and road closures everywhere!! Temps slowly rising and by me here in Eastern Nassau its just plain drizzle but before it was a sheet of ice all over!!
