Your Current Photoshop Workflow

Every now and then we bring this topic up again, and I always love seeing how people, as individuals and as a whole, change how they process their photos. More options for software, new features for the old school ones, learning more about photography and changing goals seem to have a big influence.

What's your current process for when you sit down at home in front of the computer with your photos? Be as descriptive as possible!

Lightroom 5
Crop
Check for dust using the new dust finder
Export to full-size TIFF which opens in Photoshop

Photoshop
Auto Levels or Curves adjustment if necessary
Noise reduction if necessary
Resize
Unsharp Mask between 300 and 400, 0.2
Convert to sRGB
Save

Get rejected by crappy sites for "Editing" and make-believe editing halos
Post FB status about said crappy site
Rinse and repeat

Haven't you heard? I've been yellow-tint free for 16+ months.

Lightroom 5

-Import RAW files from camera into current years catalog
-Delete all non-useable images (blurry, interference, etc.)
-Keyword remaining images (takes the bulk of my time)
-Crop / Level
-Adjust White Balance
-Adjust Exposure / Contrast
-Clarity / Luminance / Saturation
-Sharpen
-Noise Reduction (usually in LR, if strong, export to Topaz DeNoise)
-Export to jpg

Photoshop CS5

1. Open .NEF in Camera Raw - adjust WB and tint and fill light.
2. Import Camera Raw to Photoshop.
3. Level, apply levels, contrast and saturation
4. Sharpen
5. Reduce noise (if necessary)
6. Export to JPG.

I'm not a raw nazi but if I do shoot in raw I use DxO to convert to high quality jpeg. Then I use Paint Shop Pro to crop, level, adjust curves, sharpen via unsharp mask, add a bit of contrast, clone out any dust spots, and clarify a bit. I don't bother worrying about noise as usually there is not enough to bitch about.

Direct import to Lightroom, quick-scan for keepers, adjust exposure, color adjustments, level, take out any dust spots, add tags, copyright, and byline...resize & export.
If to be uploaded to Flickr or if it needs additional work import to photoshop for more corrections or add watermark.

No fuss, no muss :-)

Depends on what I am using the pictures for.

Usual is camera raw for adjusting and dust
photoshop for resizing any other adjustment it is back to camera raw using as filter in Photoshop cc.

If I am making HDR pics that gets done in lightroom using presets.

I'm pretty new to this and what I do(CS2):

Crop,
Levels - general and by color.
Remove shadows/highlights(more shadows - under the aircraft)
Sharpening - Unsharp The Mask - ~ 100% for side photos, ~ 120-180% - for photos from the angle...

What do I do right and wrong? Any input/suggestion would be appreciated.
