Thank you to everyone who has commented, to resist the G its instinct now, every time I pull the stick I brace. To resist the negative is a bit harder. Tensing the neck helps but your eyeballs are pumping at -5 that’s for sure. Regarding dizzy, yes I do, so when you see multiple rolls/ snaps in one direction you will always see a roll the other way to help “unwind” . I hope to bring many more years of tumbling to the air show scene for more interesting than the constant rolls you see from some people !
