TU-154 at JFK

Just heard on Live ATC Russian Airforce 0001 a TU-154 just landed at JFK

I was told it was an IL-96.

I passed by the field around 5:15pm and didn't see anything parked in the usual areas. I did see a 767 parked by the de-icing tent with the following registration P4-CLA

The only TU154 I ever saw was Guyana Air back in 1986, subbing for their 707 which incidentally was the last scheduled 707 pax service into Kennedy.
