YWG Winnipeg Airport Spotting

I'm going to be at YWG Winnipeg Airport soon and was wondering if any fellow spotters could recommend any good locations?

Hey Don,

I was at Winnipeg a few years ago. I can't recommend any spots around the airport but if you can stay at the airport hotel (I'm thinking Hilton or something like that), you will see all the aircraft movements. Walk across the street and you are in the terminal.

Hey AJ,

Thanks for the info and pics. Turns out I am booked at that hotel! I have a half day/one night layover there
on my way up to a fishing lodge about 300 miles north of YWG. I guess I should request a room facing the field?
Were you able to get any sleep? :tongue:
