I had not either, the plane is only two years old and the flight was not trackable on Flight Aware. So I don't know where it came in from or where it went to?

It was at Dulles this week too, and is there a lot. Supposedly it is operated for the government of Equatorial Guinea to get around some sort of blacklisting was the story when it was delivered, and I seem to remember it operating with leased crews for that same reason. Seems like they enjoy coming to DC and the states alot.
