1,000th Photo on A.net

Hope you don't mind me posting my own thread for this, but I just had my 1,000th photo accepted on A.net, some 15 years after I posted my first photo there. It's been a slow (I didn't really become an active uploader until 2010) and sometimes painful journey, but I'm glad I'm finally there :tongue: Here it is - one of the lowest commercial jet approaches I've seen at Maho Beach:

Just for kicks I checked out your first 50 or so shots. Talk about a trip down memory lane! Loved the TWA St Louis Rams 727, back when logojets were a more novel concept. Makes me laugh seeing all that grain and all the blown-out highlights(also present in all of my own film shots) vs. what they consider acceptable now. It's amazing how much crisper digital allows us to be
