Due to the high winds at 140 degrees, JFK finally used the ILS 13L Approach for a while on Dec.21 around 7 AM. Since it was supposed to be Armageddon, according to some interpretations of the Mayan calendar, I wasn't surprised!

They have been using that more and more recently, before just yesterday.

Thanks for the info. If you can, please supply the recent dates/times JFK used the ILS 13L Approach. They avoid this like the plague since it interferes greatly with LGA operations.
