Obama Campaign Challenger

Jill Biden landed at AVP this morning in a Challenger 600, flight number TKK16. Anyone know what a TKK flight number is? I saw the Challenger in the air at a distance this morning, and it looked like it may have been had a lot of paint on it. I didn't get to go down to the airport before it departed, and I was curious if it had a campaign paint job.

TKK is the house callsign for Aeroways, an FBO based at Wilmington/ILG. TKK16 should be N163WG.

Callsign is "Tarka" They fly a CL600 into FRG quite often as well.
