Coming to BOS to catch the JL 787

Hi, I am planning to come to BOS to catch the JL 787. As this is my first spotting trip to BOS, I'd like to get some info:

1. I know JL uses Terminal E, will I get a good view of the 787 at the gate from the Central Terminal Parking lot?

2. is there any runway use pattern at BOS? If 22/4 are used, will some flights still use 27/9 or 33L/15R?

3. for the local spotters, have you observed any pattern for JL 787's arrival and departure?

At the present time R/W 15R-33L is closed for rehab and EMAS Deck construction, for the most part they will only use 4R-22L, the top of Term B is a good spot to see the airfield
