Not sure if the pilot is retired NYPD AVIATION!!
This is a copter I've seen many times over the years including at FRG.
It was a Eurocopter Twinstar N58020
Condolences to the pilot and his family. :frown:

58020 was based at Princeton for a long time, and I'd seen it many times there. Very sad news.
