I thought it would be interesting to turn on all of the flight track lines for planes coming and going to JFK. This was done yesterday afternoon as I was waiting for Arik Air to pop up. I tried to take out as many inaccurate lines as I could. I just find it fascinating! Hopefully the data from my ADS-B receiver will be this detailed once I get it online.

Looks like lots of traffic.

This is how traffic looks like on a friday morning from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m in Frankfurt, Germany.

looks like the 22's are used about as equally as the others doesn't it

When I was enabling the paths, everything was arriving and departing 13. the 22 lines you see were previous arrivals from earlier in the day.
Heck, one Alatalia inbound was making the usual 22 approach, only to pull a 180 and head back south for 13.

Very interesting. Was this display for JFK on July 21? If so, I was watching the 13 arrivals that day from the Brooklyn shore. I had a fantastic time as the usual 22 arrivals came over Jamaica Bay. I was thrilled to see the UAE A388, PIA 777, and many more. Sadly for me the following day, no European arrivals used 13L. All good things must come to an end!
