365 A YEAR OF PHOTOS! [Archive]

Take a picture every day for 365 and post here for WONDERFUL PRIZES!!!!

Ok, not wonderful prizes but how about anyone who completes this with less than 5 days missing over the year will get a deck or un opened playing cards from a variety of old airlines including Pan Am, TWA, Eastern....etc and probably some other airline crap.

Rules are simple....take a picture and post it within 48 hours of that day with info about it.

1. Post 1 picture each day....subject or quality is irrelevant.
2. Post date and info about pic...Location would be nice but not necessary.
3. If you are busy with airshow or hiding body's or anything and you need longer than 48 hours....whatever...it is kind of a guide line
4. Comment if you enter or do not enter the contest.

Starts Tomorrow on JULY 1st

I've tried this the past few years on my web site. In 2010, I had 145 photos by the end of the year, last year, 140, and this year I'm on track for similar numbers...

Today was tough...do I choose the "adult" nose art of a G450? A sunset HDR of KFRG tower?
Both were good (and posted elsewhere on this site) however, I felt this was the winner today.
At 90+ degrees, it must smell good in that car!

Nearly 5,700 were build by Lockheed between 1948 and 1959, over 650 were built by Canadair, and another 200 by Kawasaki in Japan. They were used by the USAF, USN , and 40 foreign countries. Primarily a jet trainer, it also saw service as a utility transport, light attack aircraft, reconnaissance, and other support roles. Although most were phased out of military service by the late 1980s, the Bolivian Air Force still operates a number of T-33s, and there are several in private ownership, including two used by Boeing as chase aircraft for their test programs.
