was out for a bit today, JFK was departing and arriving on 13L.

Either way, nice shots! I hate to be a bad spotter, but I hope they don't continue the 13L departures. That was quite loud here this morning.

how is it any different from when they depart the 4's, its almost the same departure.

I guess it really depends on what heading they assign after takeoff. Most rwy 4 departures get heading 100 which puts them a bit further away from me than 13L today. Today, they were going just about directly overhead.

Eric, your calendar, both internal clock and real one, are 24hrs ahead... slow down for the rest of us... hehehhe

Nice set Eric. I was working from home and was able to catch some arrivals for 13L. Will post when I get back from my trip.

Oh yes. A BA 744 came overhead not too long ago. It was quite low and loud. Too bad I can't get any shots at night.
