Having now come to see my membership as a personal challenge to get as much mileage out of it as possible I spent another Saturday at the zoo. It's nice to be gradually getting some good shots of some of the more unusual and even elusive animals, like the ocelot (always sleeping) and Arctic Fox (always hiding).

Grabbed a few more yesterday during an unusually sunny afternoon. The jaguar was particularly active (which really just means awake), and as such I hung around for awhile waiting for decent shots:

Awesome shots Jeremy! You definitely have me wantingto go get a membership at the Roger Williams Zoo in Providence. Or Southwick Zoo near Worcester.

Thanks!

I remember countless trips in school and with my family to Roger Williams and a few to Southwick. I consider myself pretty lucky to have such a nice zoo within walking distance...I am looking forward to the extended hours in a few months so I can visit after work rather than only on the weekends
