It is amazing what the US majors have trouble with. I flew on an Air Canada CRJ last month from Toronto to RDU and it had in-seat personal entertainment systems, power outlet as well as a USB outlet. And all on a CRJ. And as I usually say, for some odd reason, I still fly American between RDU and YYZ whenever schedules permit - loyalty that the airlines seem less and less appreciative of.
