It's not very often that Boeing lets cameras into their massive Renton, Wash. 737 airliner factory, so I was thrilled when I had the chance to snap away during a recent visit to Seattle.

Nice photo's & article Matt. I was also extremely fortunate to get to tour Boeing Renton around 1988 or so at a Boeing Friends & Family Open House. At the time the 757-200, & 737-3,4 & 500 where produced their. Back then they where also painted their, and as part of the open house a brand new never been flown but otherwise finished UA 757 and LH 733 where open for us to walk thru, complete with plastic covering on the seats and carpet. It was an unforgettable day I will never forget. Cheers LGA777
