Sorry to be "That guy" but I have too much time to sit on the ground and do nothing until I fly back up north. That said, I have to commend the folks down here both at operations and the FBO for not only allowing me to shoot (up close and personal) a private 707, but also the KC10's doing touch and goes while I'm here. While shooting from the ramp for an hour I was stopped by probably 7-10 operations guys, all of whom could not have been friendlier if they offered to get me runway side (unfortunately they didn't, but beggers can't be choosy!). Anyway, pictures will ensue, and hats off to the incredible people down here!

Before there was the "Queen", there was the "Lady", the 707.

Along with the others I await those photos:biggrin:

They are blocked from the trackers like Travolta.

Didn't I read somewhere recently that a new requirement to list all a/c would prohibit this practice?

Certain aircraft can still have their tail's blocked IF they provide a valid security reason to the FAA. They can't just say that it's a security risk anymore. They have to provide details (ie: proof of death threats, industry espionage, etc) even then, the FAA has to approve the requests.

In a nut shell, any charter operator is now exposed, their tails are trackable now. Someone like Trump & Travolta, who are high profile personalities, can probably prove that having their whereabouts published would be a valid security concern. Although, Trump didn't have his old a/c blocked, will have to see if N757AF stays trackable.

Trump is still live.

Beautiful shots and nice treatment of them, thanks for posting them. Is that the 707 that had an incident a few years back, I think it was a runway overrun and I think Bon Jovi was on it at the time?
