I finally got a smartphone which can upload photos. I have no idea how to upload photos directly from the phone to nycaviation. I often have photos to share but have no clue how to share. These photos are marginal in quality as they are off the cameras' lens. I tried downloading photos from my digital camera to my PC but it just downloads the entire 1700 photos from the memory card to files. There must be an easier way. I am from the "old school" where you merely get back from the lab 36 negatives and you choose the negatives you like. Very expensive but impossible to post and share.

We've been through this before. You cannot upload photos from your phone directly to NYCA. You need to download them to your computer, then upload to a web host - you can get a free Flickr account, for instance. Then, you include the URL of the uploaded image in your post using the Image tags.

Why do you post the same questions over and over???

This has been discussed and you were given answers already by moose, Here is your post from last month. Asking the same question will not get you a different answer.

Thanks for sharing. I already have a Flickr account and will try. Thanks again for taking time to help unlike a certain other here who just criticizes every post I make without any useful suggestions. He did the same thing on JFKTower.com. I guess he likes to "put-down" other members who don't have the expertise on photography that he does!
