BWI 5/21/2011

Pretty solid day at BWI. The afternoon brought a C-5, C-17, and C-130, along with Dolphin 1, and 3 WN specials in a row (Triple Crown, AZ, Classic - albeit all in overcast-filtered sun). Also, N212AZ (ATR42) landed on the left side, but the sun was blocked.

nice choice going wide for that c17!

Thanks guys...I actually botched the C-5 shot by keeping my 70-200 on and being too close, so it would have been better if I went wide on that, and used something with a little more reach on the C-17. Oh well, hopefully I'll get another chance to fix that :)

Nice stuff Cary! I wish I had some of those arrivals when I was at BWI last week. Oh well......may be next time.

Awesome set Cary! I love that shot of the C-17. I have to agree with Mark's comment.....I wish my last spotting adventure at BWI had yielded some of those arrivals. Will have to head that way one of these days again.

Cary, I see you got probably the same C-5 i saw the day before you took that shot leaving KSWF.. I love the last shot you took of the C-17 coming in,, I gotta visit KBWI one day..
