A beautiful afternoon at LGA with the normal visitors, but some runway excitement. In about two hours aircraft were landing 31, runway 4, back to 31, then finally on 22. It must have been quite the day for the controllers. The driving back and forth was fun enough!

anyway, here's some of the best of today..

1. Mesaba as Us Airways Express inbound to Runway 31

2. AirTran B717 (still my favorite paint to photograph) handling a little wind on final to 31

3. a Chautaqua ERJ in stealth paint inbound to 31

4. Still working on my crossing shots.. Company aircraft headed in and out at the same time.

5. One of the Runway 4 departures, a Shuttle A319. They were doing everything off of 4 at this point, I should have taken a photo of the very impressive taxi line. At least one aircraft (also a DL A319 got a little close too soon and had to go around)

6. DL Connection inbound to runway 4

7. Still an impressive site. Inbound 757 from Planeview.

8. Back to Runway 31 for an inbound DH8.. yes, I will post one everytime I go to LGA. Its just like the fries at McDonalds.. you always know what you are getting...
