went to France for two weeks, and was driving by the Perpignon (LMFP) airport and saw a jetblue aircraft there. Could it have been sold and not repainted yet? any ideas?

Maybe a new delivery on a shakedown flight?

Hi mr. feathers. According to the Skyliner magazine:
JetBlue agreed with GECAS the lease of seven A320s for six years; all aircraft had been part of the JetBlue fleet until they were sold to Blue Wings [Germany]. GECAS acquired the airframes after the carrier ceased operations last year.
According to the Skyliner website, two ex Blue Wings A320s were ferried to Perpignon:
D-ANNB (C/n 1240)
N527JL (C/n 1557)
But as the latter was already painted in JetBlue colours, I think it is most likely that's the one you saw the time you drove by the airport.
Best regards.

Ryan, both aircraft were actually leased by JetBlue to Blue Wings a few years ago. I imagine with the demise of Blue Wings they are finally headed back across the pond. The aircraft were originally N507JB and N527JB.
