Delta Reports Traffic Increases for July

All airlines annouced increases. Also remember the incresed load factor doesn't mean to much since the airlines reduced the amount of planes in their fleets from prior year. When you only have one plane flying from PoDunk to ORD vs. 3 a day...the load factor is going to go up.
