I'm a commercial pilot, doing aerial photography around NYC. I fly (single engine - 172S)out of KCDW, and totally enjoy doing it. It's not a full time gig, but I have about 8 photographers that call me up on a regular basis to shoot NYC, Atlantic City, Philly, and Long island. Jobs range from Highrise construction, DOT of the city of NY, Bridge construction, "Tall ships" parades, early morning sunrise photo shots of NYC, as well as mission critical stuff - finding a stolen crane for someone. So I'm usually up about 2 times a week shooting varius missions. Aside from that, I also do tours of NYC up the Hudson River. Fun stuff! 8)
