Looks like Giants are returning to SFO from LGA (after losing to the Mets today :D ) on DL.

Would've paid $$$ for the 3 min ferry flight from JFK to LGA earlier in the day!

Flightaware says 3 mins but it was probably more like 15, if you look at their map when it was just east of LGA the rest of the approach takes at least 10 mins. BTW it was an old colors wingletted 738.

Cheers

True, but would still like to be on a ferry flight between JFK and LGA!

I once rode a ferry flight from JFK to LGA and it took 26 minutes. It was the longest route possible after departing 31L, making that left turn over Brooklyn, then flying al the way up over CT to get in line for LGA's rwy 22. Still an amazing time.

That Delta flight would have been much faster if it wasn't windy, as they'd probably have used EV31 to land instead of the localizer.
