Psh not suprised. There here in any weather. The 4 snow storms? CX was here. Recent wind storm? CX was here. Landed like it was nothing. Hell there here no matter what. They got a good ops going on I can tell you that.

I like the Evergreen 742...very nice catch. I haven't seen a 742 in awhile. I believe they are a fairly common visitor to JFK, yes?

Yes they are fairly common but not so much with the JT9's. The JT9 works so well with the 747. Most 742's come in with GE's on them now. Nothing beats the roar of a JT though. Hands down those are the funnest engines to hear. Very powerful, dependable engines. Want one taking off and catching the smoke trail. Thats classic :borat:
