so i went grocery shopping in between flights today and picked myself up some tri tip steak. problem is, i haven't actually cooked steak for myself in a long time and i've completely forgotten my old marinade recipe. my brother recommended coming up with a seasoning rub instead of a marinade. don't know any of those either. anyone here have any they could recommend?
