[URL] Button Missing (Pic)

when making my last post i noticed there was no button to wrap text in url brackets. this was at the bottom of the last page of the "funny videos thread." no big deal, but i think i remember there always being such a button there.

Links automatically embed, no need for URL tags. Embedding videos is done with the LiveLeak or YouTube buttons.
