A Florida man has been questioned by the FBI after a US Airways crewmember found a large firecracker on board an aircraft.

The device was found wedged next to the seat where 67-year-old Thomas Oulette was situated on flight 4126, a Piedmont-operated flight (Dash 8) from BWI to LGA. He had already left the airport when the device was found, but the FBI was able to track him down.

Terrorism is not suspected, but Oulette has outstanding warrants in Florida.
