"Interesting" Picture/Security Annoucement

Found this picture while browsing through some photos online... Just thought it was "interesting" for lack of a better word... Obviously I don't think it was meant towards spotters with good intentions (probably more for people looking to gain info on aircraft movement and types for malicious purposes)...
