Mods, feel free to add this where it may need to be instead!

Here are some recent BFI changes to be aware of.
Spot A, known as the Elections Lot, has been reclaimed by the city. The building, previously vacant, is now home to the King County Elections commission, or something that sounds like that. Either way the parking lot is now being used during business hours. While the use of the lot is very uncommon this time of year due to a primarily south-bound flow in the winter months, if you do use it; exercise caution, be respectful, and be prepared for a higher likelihood of being confronted. As a note, the spot is by no means out of bounds, and there have been no incidents since the building has gone back to regular use by anyone. We just wish to note the change and suggest caution and awareness.
The north end of the elections lot has been torn up and appears to be under construction. Us locals are not sure what is going on (and anyone who does hasn't told me), but it does not appear to be temporary. It looks likely that the north end of the lot will probably not be coming back - but we can't say for sure.

Spot B, known as the Mid-Field lot, has been cut in half with a large square chain fence box. Due to the way the parking lot is set up, it restricts access by car more than by foot. If you are visiting and planned on using a rental vehicle as a means of seeing over the fence, you just lost about 2/3's of the previously available space. If you have a ladder, you can walk down the lot past the fence box and still step over those parking space dividers and use a good chunk of space. It is unclear to us locals whether or not this new fence area will remain in place.
