Went to EWR early this morning to shoot the National Airlines DC-8-63 that has recently re-entered MUAs fleet with National Airlines titles. I shot the 71 series at SWF a few months back. However, I prefer this classic 60 series with its Pratts hands down over the boring gray/blue livery 70 series and the CFM engines it has. This guy was a smoker too.

The parking lot picture looks like you were ducking down between cars.

Gorgeous shot Senga! Love the light on that taxi shot. Couldn't be better. Worth the early up I'm sure. :D

Yes I finally had some decent weather of a plane I was shooting what a revelation. Not a bad shot for the last operator of the DC-8-60 series in the US :)

I wasn't ducking between Cars..I was in the middle of a lane as there were not spaces. I actually got stuck trying to go the other way so I had to shoot there I was.
