Nothing new...I once had a phone call where a guy wanted me to turn back on his internet and was YELLING at me for quite some time. I was confused that he had no internet and was digging very deep into the account because obviously we HAD to have done something wrong for him to be so upset with us. As it turned out he had NEVER had internet and I explained that we would be more than happy to sell him the internet to he could get his XBOX 360 online... HE WAS SCREAMING LIKE A CRAZY PSYCHO "turn back on my F'in internet you #$%#$% A$$#o%e" And on and on and on... His filth floorin filth only got worse, then He wanted to speak with a manager. That is when I reminded him that he was STEALING the internet from his neighbors wireless and was stealing services from our company, I would be more than happy to get a manager but warned him that he may not want to speak with a manager as they can press charges for theft of service....and then asked again if he wanted the manager. The customer promptly hung up.

He could not get the clue during the phone call and was yelling VERY LOUDLY at me for over 20 minutes... and was cussing like a sailor at me for the entire call.

He called back a few minutes later.... 3 times!!!!

Some people do not have a clue and do not want a clue.
