Hey guys,
I'm planning a trip up to JFK and EWR on the weekend of Oct 3-4. I was wondering if someone would be able to join me that Sunday. I was hoping to get Biman, so we'll see. Thanks, John

Ok, headed up this Saturday. I know the weather doesn't look great for Saturday, but Sunday looks nice. Anyone planning on heading out?

Biman doesn't fly to JFK currently, unless you know of a special flight.

Per our August article (http://nycaviation.com/2009/08/29/biman-bangladesh-set-to-resume-dhaka-new-york-service-in-october-but-fleet-questions-abound/), Biman floated the idea of resuming Dhaka-JFK service during the first week of October, but it doesn't seem that this has materialized.

Wow, seems like I missed a really good day. Unfortunately, I didn't go up because of the weather, but I am planning a trip in about three weeks. I had to settle for BWI today, but that was still pretty good, I'll have the pics up in a minute.

I was out at the Mounds for only about two hours, and half the time most arrivals were heading to 13L, but we did have a couple of special arrivals today:

Of course, heading home, I headed up toward the Cross Island Parkway, and saw that Amiri Flight white A330 with the silver band on approach

Was this around 5PM or so? I was out walking on the track at the middle school and it passed by coming in on 22.
Looked real cool as it flew in from the east and couldnt figure out who it was and said to myself, "I bet someone will
be at JFK taking pics".
:D :D
