Kloten has lovely spots. I like the Belair 767 although I wish it was still in Belair colors and not Air Berlin!

What's better nowadays for variety and rare airlines, Geneva or Zurich?

Pierre, great stuff! Are people in your neck of the woods as bored of Delta 767s are we are, or are they a celebrated aircraft?

Hey Phil,
Sorry for the late reply.
Well, I think the Delta 763 is kinda 'usual' for us while the 752 is always a pleasure.

Thanks for the comment!

It depends what you expect to see. If you are more interested in heavies you should go to ZRH, but there won't be a lot of special aircrafts (that are not in the airport schedule).

In GVA traffic is less important, but there are a lot of bizjets (from Citations to 747s passing by ACJs). For GVA there is a website announcing the expected special visitors. http://www.dpts.org

To illustrate this an Embraer Lineage 1000 came to GVA yesterday for a presentation, photos on http://www.safetycardsgeneva.com

hey Romain thanks for the information. I was looking for this post in the wrong forum before! I thought it was in news and visitors. Now that I'm in a posting-frenzy I finally found it :borat: lol

I'm not interested in bizjets, although I would shoot the occasional exotic VIP airliner but either has to be in airline livery or a very colorful paintscheme (which is rare for VIP planes). I do love Russian aircraft but probably very few in Switzerland nowadays.

A website with expected unusual arrivals? Very cool...! I saw a good number of interesting planes in the photo section that I'd love to shoot
