We spent a couple of days in the Florida Keys this weekend for a wedding. I got some shots of what I call the Keys Experience

Typical Keys views

Jetskis give some good action shots - just didn't get close up ones though

Sunsets can be incredible down there - this time unfortuantely, a lot of cloud

Mark:
Great photos especially the one with the lighting.

Being from Miami these bring back lots of memories of the Fl. keys. Again thanks.

Very nice, Mark! Only been to the Keys once (back in early '01), and have been hoping to get back since. Just can't seem to get further south than my cousin's place in Kendall!

Great shots, Mark! Thanks for sharing. Hey, you know, you can see Cuba from there - does that mean you're going to run for office in 2012?

Nice shots, I used to go fishing/spearfishing down in the keys some years ago and let me tell you those shots don't do justice to the tropical deep blue sky and turquoise water in the horizon especially at midday.

What's shocking about the keys is that there are few good beaches, if any. There's too much seagrass in the shore and it's very shallow.

This bring memories back from being a kid. My family owned a house on key largo and we used to go out on the boat every wekend.

Mayi, I don't remember if I read this correctly, but, the Florida Keys have no natural beaches (technically speaking).
