I'm guessing kid is a 2 year old doing what 2 year olds do.

I think this lady was actually arrested for doing this.

Melissa Catherine Smith-Means was arrested April 21 and charged with felony first-degree cruelty to children; the police report indicates that the child had visible marks on his neck from being dragged around by a leash attached to a backpack or harness. She remains in jail without bail and is awaiting trial.

I love my kids but the leash is not an option. And considering he bolted for an inground pool AND jumped in and sank to the bottom (with Highheels in quick pursuit and in the water right after him) I could make an argument for a lease!

They should do the same to the woman and see how it feels. Unbelieveable. Gosh, if Sebastian is having a problem, I jsut pick him up and sort him out. But drag him?? C'mon!
