Nice to see new uploads of the older stuff.
Our main hallway at work has a couple great photos of our different aircraft over the years, and of course the Mad Dogs are among them. I understand that we were the first company to have an ETOPS MD-80.

I think NAA was the first and one of the last.. I can't think of a single other operator that has/had ETOPS-approved MDs.

Where did they fly them that required ETOPS?

They were for vacation charters to Mexico and AUA.

Nope, not even American. AA does not use mad dogs to the carribean. Sans Nassau.
