I do not know what the possible outcomes are down in Oz but you can probably bet your britches that in the USA thesuits would have you in some hot soup for somthing like this. Totally awesome video and very stupid action.

About a week and a half ago a United flight from DCA coming into LGA reported an RC Plane at 1800 feet as they approached 22. NYPD Aviation could not get up because of low ceiling but the 45 PCT took one male into custody at Orchard Beach for questioning.
