Nice shots. But I'm afraid you're sitting in a Virgin America Airbus cockpit, not a US 757. :mrgreen:

Nonsense. Certainly, in-flight cockpit visits are rare these days if you aren't an employee. Ground visits while parked at the gate are commonplace. All you have to do is ask.

It's true, I've been turned down only once that I can remember in the past 4 years - by a US EMB170 captain on a PVD-PHL run in Oct. 08. Other than that, every time I've asked, I've gotten the access and the shots.
That one aside, I've gotten in every time. VX, AA, WN, DL, US, AF...and more
